Created from a recipe rich in tradition, offering a bold, nutty flavor and slowly cured to achieve its savory and distinctive flavor, most of our aged provolone has been in the process for more than 15 years and is called GRAND Aged Provolone. It is an addition to any Italian dish or can be enjoyed by itself.
Tasting & Factory Tour
We welcome you to our tasting room with open arms. Come to Fattoria Del Sole to see a real demonstration of how we produce the only Artisanal Fresh Mozzarella in the MENA region from the first drop of milk to the final product, ready for you to taste. Booking in advance is mandatory as it is not possible to visit our Italian cheese factory with no reservations. Our tasting room is very exclusive and we host groups between 6-8 people per visit only. Our Italian Authentic Lunch is served at 1pm and our full line of fresh cheese is served along a special Pasta dish with open bar.
